                           For more than thirty years, Carl has enjoyed providing accounting, consulting and
                      tax services to his clients here in Hendersonville. Accompanying the tax services he
         provides for individuals and small businesses, Carl provides auditing and consulting services
         to his not-for-profit and government clients. These services include both year-end and
         special-purpose audit engagements, consultation on fraud prevention and internal control
         evaluations and year-end financial statement preparation projects.

Frequently called upon to speak, Carl provided an enjoyable experience to listeners as he
discusses tax changes, fraud prevention techniques and changes in audit requirements.
Carl is committed to his community, as evidenced by his long-standing involvement
with the Greater Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce, serving as a board member,
secretary-treasurer, and as its Chair in 2007. He also enjoys membership in the
Hendersonville Rotary Club, serving as a board member in 2009.

Carl and his wife, Debbie moved to Hendersonville in 1978. They were blessed
with one son, Andrew who recently graduated from UT-Chattanogga, where
he continues to live. In addition to being a CPA, Carl has also achieved the
designation of Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), as a result of an intensive
course of study and practical experience gained over time.
